( تكـون مـدة الرخصة 5 ) سنوات اعتبارا من اليـوم الأول من شهر كانون الثاني من السنة وينتهي
العمـل بـهـا فـي اليـوم الحادي والثلاثين من شهر كانون الاول من السنة المحددة بانتهاء المدة
بغض النظر عن التاريخ الذي صدرت فيه، وللوزير بناء على طلب المؤسسة إصدار الرخصة أو
تجديدها لمدة سنة واحدة أو أكثر وفقاً للتعليمات الصادرة لهذه الغاية.
