- أ- على من يتقدم بطلب تسجيل مؤسسة في المنطقة ابرام عقد مع المطور الرئيسي وفقاً
للشروط والمتطلبات التي تحددها الوزارة لهذه الغاية.
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، للوزارة الموافقة على تسجيل مؤسسة
لممارسة نشاط اقتصادي معين داخل المنطقة دون إلزامها بإبرام عقد تطوير وتحدد الشروط
والمتطلبات اللازمة لهذه الغاية بمقتضى تعليمات تصدرلهذه الغاية .
