Article text
أ- يبدأ العمل بتطبيق احكام السجل في المواعيد التي يحددها الوزير ووفق الاجراءات التي
يقررها وذلك بموجب تعليمات
يصدرها لهذه الغاية.
ب- على كل تاجر ان يتقدم بطلب التسجيل في السجل خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الاعلان عن
بدء تطبيقه او خلال ثلاثين يوما
من تاريخ تأسيس محله التجاري او من تاريخ انتقال ملكيته اليه.
