أ- يشرف أمين الصندوق على حسابات الغرفة، ويكون مسؤولاً عن أموالها وتنظيم ميزانيتها
وعليه الاحتفاظ بسجل
خاص بموجوداتها وممتلكاتها المنقولة وغير المنقولة والتوقيع مع رئيسها على جميع
معاملاتها المالية .
ب-ينظم أمين الصندوق دفاتر حسابات الغرفة تنظيماً أصوليا على ان يرفق كل إيراد او مصروف
بمستندات نظامية
على نسختين تحمل أرقاماً متسلسلة وتتضمن التفصيلات اللازمة والوثائق المؤيدة لها ممهورة
بخاتم الغرفة المعتمد.
