للمجلس اعتماد بنك أو أكثر لإيداع أموال الغرفة فيه ، ولا يجوز سحب أي مبلغ الا بتوقيع أمين
الصندوق مجتمعاً
مع الرئيس أو نائبه عند غيابه أو العضو الذي يفوضه المجلس عند غياب أي منهما، ولا يجوز لأمين
الصندوق
الاحتفاظ بمبلغ يزيد على المبلغ الذي يحدده المجلس .
