1 - تبطل الحوالة المقيدة اذا سقط الدين او استحقت العين بأمر سابق عليها ويرجع المحال له
. بحقه على المحيل
2 - ولا تبطل الحوالة المقيدة اذا سقط الدين او استحقت العين بأمر عارض بعدها وللمحال عليه
الرجوع بعدالاداء على المحيل
بما اداه.
