1 - يصبح المنقول بغير مالك اذا تخلى عنه مالكه بقصد التخلي عن ملكيته.
2 - وتعتبر الحيوانات غير الاليفة بغير مالك ما دامت طليقة وما روض من الحيوانات والف الرجوع
الى مكانه المخصص ثم فقد
هذه العادة صار بغير مالك.
