Article 1096 of Civil Code No. 43 of 1976
Article text
1 - على وصي التركة ان يتخذ جميع الاجراءات للمحافظة على اموالها وان يقوم بما يلزم من
اعمال الادارة وان
ينوب عن التركة في الدعاوي وان يستوفي مالها من ديون.
2 - ويكون وصي التركة مسؤولا مسؤولية الوكيل المأجور حتى اذا لم يكن مأجوراً وللمحكمة ان
تطالبه بتقديم حساب عن ادارته
في مواعيد محددة.
