حق الاولوية في الاراضي الاميرية التي جرى فراغها يكون ببدل المثل عند الطلب على الترتيب
الاتي:-
1 - للشريك في الارض.
2 . - للخليط
3 . -للمحتاج من اهل القرية التي تقع في نطاقها الارض
