آثار الحيازة
1 - مرور الزمان المكسب:
من حاز منقولا او عقارا غير مسجل في دائرة التسجيل باعتباره ملكا له او حاز حقا عينيا على
منقول، او
حقا عينيا غير مسجل على عقار، واستمرت حيازته دون انقطاع خمس عشرة سنة فلا تسمع عليه
عند الانكار دعوى الملك او دعوى
الحق العيني من احد ليس بذي عذر شرعي.
