على الدائن المرتهن المحافظة على الدين المرهون فاذا كان له ان يقتضي شيئا من هذا الدين
دون تدخل من الراهن
كان عليه ان يقتضيه في الزمان والمكان المعينين للاستيفاء وان يبادر باخطار الراهن بذلك.
