1 - للشركاء في العقار اذا اقتسموه حق امتياز عليه ضمانا لحق رجوع ايهم على الاخرين بما تخوله
القسمة من
حق في اقتضاء معدلها.
2 - ويجب تسجيل حق الامتياز الناشىء عن القسمة وتتحدد مرتبته من تاريخ التسجيل.
