تعين المحكمة القانون الذي يجب تطبيقه في حالة مجهولي الجنسية او الذين تثبت لهم
جنسيات متعددة في وقت واحد.
على ان الاشخاص الذين تثبت لهم في وقت واحد الجنسية الاردنية وجنسية دولة اجنبية اخرى
فان القانون الاردني هو الذي يجب تطبيقه.
