1 - من أوفى دين غيره دون امره فليس له الرجوع بما دفعه على المدين الا وفقا للمادة 301 ولا
على الدائن
الا اذا أبرأ المدين من الدين ولو بعد استيفاء دينه منه.
2 - فاذا رهن شخص ماله في دين غيره وقضى الدين ليفك ماله المرهون رجع بما قضاه على
