ج- اتحاد الذمتين
1 - اذا اجتمع في شخص واحد صفتا الدائن والمدين بالنسبة الى دين واحد انقضى هذا الدين
بالقدر الذي اتحدت
فيه الذمتان.
2 - ولا يتم اتحاد الذمتين اذا كان الدائن وارثا للمدين ويشترك مع باقي الدائنين في اقتضاء دينه
