Article text
1 - يجوز للمتعاقدين ان يحددا مقدما قيمة الضمان بالنص عليها في العقد او في اتفاق لاحق مع
مراعاة احكام
القانون.
2 - ويجوز للمحكمة في جميع الاحوال بناء على طلب احد الطرفين ان تعدل في هذا الاتفاق بما
يجعل التقدير مساويا للضرر
ويقع باطلا كل اتفاق يخالف ذلك.
