Article text
اذا وقع الحجر على المدين كان لرئيس المحكمة المختصة بالحجر ان يقرر للمدين بناء على
عريضة يقدمها نفقة
يتقاضاها من ماله ويجوز الاعتراض على القرار الذي يصدر على هذه العريضة في مدة ثلاثة ايام
من تاريخ صدوره ان كان الاعتراض
من المدين ومن تاريخ تبليغ القرار للدائنين ان كان الاعتراض منهم.
