1 - على من احتبس الشيء ان يحافظ عليه وان يقدم حسابا عن غلته.
2 - وله ان يستصدر اذنا من المحكمة ببيع الشيء المحتبس اذا كان يخشى عليه الهلاك او
التعيب وذلك وفقا للاجراءات الخاصة
ببيع المرهون حيازة وينتقل حق الاحتباس من الشيء الى ثمنه.
