الفرع الثاني
ابدال المحل
1 - يكون التصرف بدليا اذا كان محله شيئا واحدا ولكن تبرأ ذمة المدين اذا ادى بدلا منه شيئا أخر.
2 . - والاصل، لا البديل ، هو وحده محل الالتزام وهو الذي يحدد طبيعته
