Article text
1 - اذا وقع الادعاء بالاستحقاق بعد هلاك المبيع بيد المشتري ضمن للمستحق قيمته يوم الشراء
ورجع على البائع
بالثمن.
2 - واذا كانت القيمة التي ضمنها المشتري اكثر من الثمن المسمى كان له الرجوع بالفرق مع
ضمان الاضرار التي يستحقها
