Article text
1 - اذا بيعت اشياء متعددة صفقة واحدة وظهر في بعضها عيب قبل التسليم فاللمشتري بالخيار
بين قبولها بالثمن
المسمى او ردها كلها.
2 - واذا بيعت اشياء متعددة صفقة واحدة وظهر في بعضها بعد التسليم عيب قديم وليس في
تفريقها ضرر فللمشتري
رد العيب بحصته من الثمن وليس له ان يرد الجميع بدون رضى البائع فان كان في تفريقها ضرر
فله ان يرد جميع
المبيع او يقبله بكل الثمن.
