1 - بيع المريض شيئا من ماله لاحد ورثته لا ينفذ ما لم يجزه باقي الورثة بعد موت المورث.
2 . - بيع المريض لأجنبي بثمن المثل او بغبن يسير نافذ لا يتوقف على اجازة الورثة
