1 - يجوز ان يكون بدل الايجار عينا او دينا او منفعة وكل ما صلح ثمنا في البيع.
2 . - اذا كان بدل الايجار مجهولا جاز فسخ الاجارة ولزم اجر المثل عن المدة الماضية قبل الفسخ
