1 - يلتزم المستأجر باجراء الترميمات التي تم الاتفاق عليها او جرى العرف على انه مكلف بها.
2 - ويقع على عهدة المستأجر خلال مدة الايجار تنظيف المأجور وازالة ما تراكم فيه من اتربة او
نفايات وسائر ما يقتضي
العرف بانه مكلف به.
