1 - تسري احكام الايجار على عقد العمل في كل ما لم يرد عليه نص خاص.
2 - لا تسري احكام عقد العمل على العمال الخاضعين لقانون العمل الا بالقدر الذي لا تتعارض
فيه صراحة او ضمنا مع التشريعات
الخاصة بهم.
