اذا تعدد المودع لديهم وكانت الوديعة لا تقبل القسمة جاز حفظها لدى احدهم بموافقة
الباقين او بالتبادل
بينهم فان كانت تقبل القسمة جازت قسمتها بينهم ليحفظ كل منهم حصته.
