الكفالة بالنفس
1 - الكفالة بالنفس تلزم الكفيل باحضار المكفول في الوقت المعين عند طلب المكفول له
فان لم يفعل جاز للمحكمة
ان تقضي عليه بغرامة تهديدية ولها ان تعفيه منها إذا اثبت عجزه عن احضاره.
2 - واذا تعهد كفيل النفس باداء مبلغ معين على سبيل الشرط الجزائي في حال عدم احضار
المكفول لزمه اداء ذلك المبلغ وللمحكمة
ان تعفيه منه كله او بعضه اذا تبين لها ما يبرر ذلك.
