ب- بين الكفيل والمدين:
اذا ادى الكفيل عوضا عن الدين شيئا اخر فانه يرجع على المدين بما كفله لا بما اداه. أما اذا صالح
الدائن
على مقدار من الدين فانه يرجع بما اداه صلحا لا بجميع الدين.
