اذا قدم احد الخصوم طلباً للإطلاع على دفاتر مصرف او تاجر او مستخرجات قيودها من أجهزة
الحاسوب فيجوز للمحكمة ان تأمر
بتقديم نسخة من اي قيد من القيود المثبتة فيها مصدقة من مدير المصرف او الشخص المسؤول
عنها، وللمحكمة ان تأمر بالإطلاع
على قيودها الأصلية.
