Article text
اذا تخلف أي فريق عن الامتثال للقرار الصادر بوجوب الاجابة على ابراز مستند أو اباحة الاطلاع عليه
وكان ذلك الفريق
هو المدعي فانه بعمله هذا يعرض دعواه للاسقاط على أساس وجود نقص في تعقبها واذا
كان ذلك الفريق هو المدعى عليه فانه
يعرض دفاعه للشطب ان كان قدم دفاعا وتصدر المحكمة قرارها بالاسقاط أو الشطب بناء على
طلب الفريق الذي طلب الاطلاع
على ذلك المستند.
