اذا ظهر ان المدعي غير محق في قسم من دعواه يحكم له بكامل المصاريف بالإضافة الى
الرسوم النسبية بنسبة المبلغ المحكوم
به اذا كان مبلغاً معيناً، والا فبنصف الرسوم اذا كان المدعى به لا يمكن تعيينه.
