للخبراء أن يستمعوا الى افادات من ذكر لهم أنهم رأوا المنكر وهو يكتب الوثيقة أو السند
المنكر أو شاهدوه وهو يضع امضاءه
عليه أو وهو يختمه بختمه أو ببصمة أصبعه والى كل من يعتقد أن له علما بحقيقة الحال ويدونوا
افاداتهم في محضر خاص يحفظ
للاستئناس به عند ابداء الرأي في صحة الخط أو الختم أو التوقيع أو البصمة.
