اذا تعذر اتمام معاملة البيع والفراغ خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ الاحالة القطعية بسبب لا يد
للمشتري فيه جاز له الطلب من الرئيس فسخ المزايدة واستعادة ما دفعه .
