تنظ َّم الأمور المتعلقة بالمركبات التي يتم حجزها وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون وسائر الشؤون
المتعلقة بها، بما في ذلك الأماكن المخصصة لحفظها والبدَلات التي تستوفى مقابل حفظها،
بمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
