يبل َّغ قرار الحجز إلى المحجوز لديه بموجب إخطار يبين فيه أصل المبلغ المحجوز من أجله وفوائده
وأيّ نفقات مترتبة لغايات الإجراءات الواردة في هذا القانون، مع بيان أيّ قرار للرئيس بمنع
المحجوز لديه عن الوفاء بما في يده إلى المحجوز عليه وعن تسليمه إياه.
