Article text
( أ- لا تقبل الطلبات المتعلقة بتنفيذ السندات المنصوص عليها في الفقرتين )أ( و)ب( من المادة 6 ) من هذا
القانون إذا مضى عليها أو على آخر إجراء يتعلق بها خمس عشرة سنة.
( ب- تكون السندات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )ج( من المادة 6 ) من هذا القانون قابلة للتنفيذ ما لم
تتقادم الدعوى الناشئة عنها وفقا لأحكام القوانين ذات العلاقة.
