( اذا انقضى الموعد المنصوص عليه في المادة 85 ) من هذا القانون ولم يتقدم أي شخص
بعرض العشرة بالمائة ينفّذ الرئيس قرار الإحالة القطعية على من تمت الاحالة الاولى عليه وبالشروط
ذاتها .
