يجوز تقصير مدة الإجازة السنوية الممنوحة للموظف أو تأجيلها أو إلغاؤها بقرار من المرجع
المختص إذا اقتضت مصلحة العمل ذلك ويتم تبليغ الموظف بالقرار.
