Article text
يحرم الموظف من راتبه الاساسي وعلاواته بقرار من الوزير عن المدة التي يتغيب خلالها عن
العمل بسبب مرض أو إصابة،
وذلك إذا نشأ المرض أو حدثت الإصابة بسبب خطأ ارتكبه أو تقصير منه، ويعتبر الموظف مخطئاً
أو مقصراً لأغراض هذا النظام إذا أساء التصرف
مع الغير أو أقدم على أي عمل لا يليق بشرف الوظيفة كتناول المشروبات الروحية وتعاطي
المخدرات والمقامرة وغير ذلك من الأعمال المخلة بالشرف والآداب العامة.
