( مع مراعاة احكام المادة 153 ) من هذا النظام ، تتم مساءلة الموظف المعار أو المجاز أو المكلف
او الموفد في بعثة عن الأخطاء
والمخالفات الإدارية التي ارتكبها قبل إعارته أو إجازته أو تكليفه أو ايفاده في بعثة وفقاً لأحكام
هذا النظام وذلك أثناء تلك المدة أو بعد انتهائها حسب مقتضى الحال.
