تعرض أي حالة لم يرد النص عليها في هذا النظام أو أي حالة لم تتم معالجتها عند توفيق اوضاع
الموظفين وفقاً لاحكامه على
مجلس الوزراء بناءً على طلب رئيس المجلس ليصدر القرار الذي يراه مناسباً بشأنها.
