Article text
أ- تحدد الزيادة السنوية للموظف المعين بعقد شامل لجميع العلاوات من شاغلي وظائف
( المجموعة الثانية من الفئة العليا بمبلغ 25 ) دينارا ولخمس عشرة سنة حدا اعلى.
ب - مع مراعاة احكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة ، تحدد الزيادة السنوية للموظف المعين بعقد
شامل لجميع العلاوات على النحو التالي:-
الراتب الاجمالي للعقد الزيادة السنوية بالدينار
اقل من 250 ديناراً 4
250 - 499 ديناراً 6
500-749 ديناراً 8
750-999 ديناراً 10
1000 دينار فاكثر 12
