أ- للمحكمة التحقق من صحة عناوين أطراف الدعاوى
والطلبات وعناوين الشهود ومن صحة إجراء التبليغات
القضائية، باستعمال الوسيلتين الإلكترونيتين التاليتين
وبأي وسيلة أخرى إلكترونية أو غير إلكترونية تراها
مناسبة:-
1 - أنظمة الوزارة الإلكترونية .
2 - الانظمة الالكترونية التابعة للجهات الأخرى والتي
. ترتبط الوزارة بقواعد بياناتها إلكترونيا
ب- تقوم الوزارة بإعداد التجهيزات اللازمة لتمكين
المحاكم من التحقق المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من
هذه المادة.
