يشترط في تعيين موظف الشركة ما يلي:-
أ-ان يكون اردني الجنسية وحاصلا على شهــــادة الثانوية العامة على الاقل.
ب-غير محكوم بجناية او بجنحة مخلة بالشرف او الآداب العامة.
ج-ان يجتاز بنجاح دورة تأهيلية تنظمها الوزارة بالطريقة التي يحددها الوزير تشمل في برنامجها
بصورة خاصة الامور التالية:-
1 -الجهات المختصة باصدار الاوراق القضائية.
2 . -البيانات التي تتضمنها ورقة التبليغ
3 . -الاجراءات والوسائل الواجب اتباعها في تبليغ الاوراق القضائية وفقا لاحكام القانون
