Article text
مع مراعاة نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام:-
أ- يجوز منح الموظف المعين وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام أي حافز أو مكافأة مادية أو معنوية أو
كليهما وفقا للأسس والشروط وحالات المنح المحددة بمقتضى التعليمات الصادرة عن مجلس
( الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الهيئة شريطة أن لا تتجاوز هذه المكافآت والحوافز 100 ) من الراتب %
الاجمالي باستثناء السقوف المحددة للمكافآت والحوافز المقرة بموجب التشريعات
والتعليمات الخاصة ببعض الدوائر والمتعلقة بمنح المكافآت والحوافز وقرارات مجلس الوزارء
الصادرة بهذا الشأن.
ب- يتقاضى الموظف المعين على الشواغر المدرجة في جدول التشكيلات السنوي الذي صدر
بعد سريان أحكام النظام الأصلي المكافآت والحوافز المرتبطة بالأداء فقط وفق الأسس
والمعايير المعتمدة من مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الهيئة.
ج- على الرغم مما ورد في أي نظام آخر، لا تسري أحكام هذه المادة على الموظفين الذين
تنظم شؤونهم بموجب انظمة خاصة بهم.
