يدرج في السجل كل من البيانات التالية :-
أ- رقم العقار الخاص بجمعية المالكين من حيث وصف العقار كاملا .
ب- اسم جمعية المالكين المستمد من رقم قطعة الأرض المقام عليها البناء ورقم البناية
وموقعها أو اسم المشروع الواقع ضمنه حسب بيانات السجل العقاري ولا يجوز لها أن تتخذ اسما
آخر.
ج- اسماء اعضاء جمعية المالكين ومقدار حصصهم .
د- النظام الداخلي للجمعية واي تغيير او تعديل يطرأ عليه .
هـ- اسماء اعضاء مجلس ادارة الجمعية واي تغيير او تعديل يطرأ عليه.
