أ. تقوم لجنة إزالة الشيوع في العقار أو من ينيبه رئيسها من الأعضاء بالكشف على العقار
المطلوب قسمته برفقة الخبير المعين ومن حضر من الشركاء وعليها بعد التثبت من مطابقة
البيانات الواردة في سند تسجيل العقار وخرائطه مع واقع العقار، أن تباشر إجراءات قسمته وفق
. أحكام هذا القانون
ب- بعد إتمام إجراءات القسمة تبلغ لجنة إزالة الشيوع في العقار قرارها إلى الشركاء في العقار
وفقاً لأحكام النظام الصادر بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون.
