على الرغم مما ورد في هذا القانون أو أي تشريع آخر،
ولأغراض إزالة الشيوع بين الشركاء، لمجلس الوزراء إصدار
نظام يتضمن أحكاماً خاصة بقسمة العقارات الواقعة
خارج حدود مناطق التنظيم يتضمن تحديد المناطق التي
يجوز تطبيق أحكامه فيها والحد الأدنى لمساحة العقارات
المفرزة في تلك المناطق ويعتبر باطلا كل تقسيم يخالف
احكام هذا النظام.
