Article text
أ لمالك أي بئر أو كهف أو مغارة تقع في عقار مملوك لشخص آخر لم يعين لها حرم وطريق أن -
يطلب خطياً إلى المدير تعيين حرم وطريق لتلك البئر أو الكهف أو المغارة لقاء تعويض يدفعه
. لمالك العقار عن المساحة المقتطعة من عقاره لهذا الغرض
ب- لمالك أي عقار لم يعين له حق مجرى أو حق مسيل أن يطلب خطياً إلى المدير تعيين هذا
الحق من أقرب عقار مجاور لقاء تعويض يدفعه لمالكه.
ج- تقدر قيمة أي تعويض واجب دفعه، بمقتضى هذه المادة، ويسلم لأصحاب الحق فيه وفقاً
( لأحكام المواد 78 ) ( و 79 ) ( و 80 ) من هذا القانون.
