المادة 6 -
أ - تتقاضى المجالس البلدية والقروية رسماً مقابل( تسجيل عقود ايجار واستئجار العقارات)
يساوي نصف بالمائة من بدل
ايجارها السنوي شريطة ان لا يقل المبلغ المستوفى عن دينار واحد ولا يزيد على خمسة عشر
ديناراً.
ب - تخضع جميع التعديلات التي تطرأ على عقود الايجار للتسجيل ودفع الرسوم وفق أحكام
المادة الخامسة والفقرة( أ ) من
هذه المادة.
